printDate: Pretty Print Dates
In cmann3/econ311: Functions for Intermediate Macroeconomics at UNL

printDate truncates and cleans dates values according to frequency.

1	printDate(x, freq, format = NULL)

`x`	character or Date value
`freq`	frequency to print. Accepts 'y', 'q', 'm', or 'd'
`format`	if `x` is a character, specifies the date format

1 2	printDate('1947-01-01', freq='q') printDate('1965-05-30', freq='m')
