Benchmarking data

Contains data for benchmarking, as well as the script to generated said datasets. Data used relies on the FLUXNET 2015 dataset (see below for a full list of references of the used data)

Use

Run the numbered scripts in order to generate the benchmark datasets. This require access to the Euler HPC facilities. Data will be stored in RDS files in this directory for later use.
