OWLTools
This package is designed to perform analysis related to the Obese Weight Loss (OWL) project carried out in the Rockefeller University by the Biostatistics Core.
What the package does?
This package evaluate correlations between set of biomarkers that come from different data sources: bile acid, microbiome, metabolomic, clinical data, rnaseq and rt-pcr.
Parallel processing
We evaluate a series of parametric and non-parametric simple models to evaluate the marginal importance of metabolites.
