Format
A data frame with 831,639 rows with the following variables:
DateTime: A date time when the count
ID: An id for the sensor location.
Name: The name of the sensor.
Counts: The number of pedestrians who walked by the sensor within the hour.
Month: The month.
Year: The year.
Day: The day.
Wday: The day of the week.
Weekend: Is this a weekend?
Hour: The hour.
