add_features: Add vector layer to the map

Description
This function is just a shorthand to add_geojson using
geojsonio to convert any data object to geojson.
Therefore, if the library/namespace is not available, an error is thrown.
Usage

Arguments
ol
map widget
data
any data object which can be parsed to geojson by
geojson_json

optional parameters passed to add_geojson
