Function to fit volume rate to observed volumes. Creek nodes are linked, passing deposits downstream. Deposits backfill based upon average elevation

1	backfill(nodes, n, vi, vo, b_scl, it = 10)

`nodes`	is a spatial object (creek nodes)
`n`	is the number of years to simulate accumulation, an integer
`vi`	is the volumetric input rate
`vo`	is the volumetric output rate
`b_scl`	is the proportion of volume that settles out of deposits at obstructions
`it`	is the number of iterations to simulate accumulation, an integer

the median accumulation record after 'it' iterations in volume and level
