cszang/clex: Statistical downscaling of monthly climate data
Extract and downscale climate data from various sources to WorldClim resolution. This statistical downscaling approach follows Mosier et al. 2014 Int. J. Climatol. Furtermore, the package contains functionality to add several drought indices (De Martonne Index, SPEI, SPI) to a data.frame of climate variables.
