Usage

generatePlotData(object, userAnnotations, maxReductionDims)
Arguments
object
SeuratObject
userAnnotations
list of data.frames with user-defined annotation for cells
maxReductionDims
maximum number of dimensions for each dim-reduction technique to take.
Mostly used for reducing number of PCs reported in the object.
