Schedule
- Check vignette and
?variogram for details about Multiple Sampling Schedules.
- Select animal from the
Identities dropdown list, input the time intervals in comma separated format, click Add to set the schedule for selected animals.
- Checking
Auto detect with kmeans to enable extra controls to detect the schedule value clusters with kmeans. Select rows in the result table to adjust parameter k (how many clusters to detect).
