In currocam/taxa2hmmer: Get more out of homologous sequence search with HMMER
utilsHMMER
The goal of utilsHMMER is to provide a bunch of convenient functions to
add more taxonomic information to HMMER results and facilitate
exploratory data analysis.
Installation
You can install the development version of utilsHMMER from
GitHub with:
