cwcartmell/maRkov: Goodness-of-fit Tests for Binary Markov Chains
Preforming goodness-of-fit tests on single binary Markov chains, as well as sets of multiple binary Markov chains. Provides LRT, chi square, and run test statistics, and generates data that can be used to preform user-created tests as well.
