createcho: Create Cho Function
In dakotaritz/CreateCHO: Create Conjoint CHO File

This function creates cho file from merging conjoint design with data. If ratings are available, they will be merged into the file as well.

1	createcho(design, data, rating)

`design`	conjoint design file. Required
`data`	conjoint data file. Required
`rating`	likelihood ratings after exercise. Optional
