Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Removed dplyr::in_schema for SQLite backends to use generic methods from DBI.
• Changed type checking to use inherits rather than equality comparison with class.
• Saved package data with version 2 to support backwards-compatible serialized object loading.
• Defined globalVariables for exposing exported package data to internal function.
• Added trailing slashes to all URLs

Test environments

• local aarch64-apple-darwin20 (64-bit), R version 4.2.1 and R-devel
• R-hub Windows Server 2022, R-devel, 64 bit

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Changed warning and informational messages to use warning() and message() instead of print() and cat()
• Changed all occurences of T and F to TRUE and FALSE, respectively.
• Added \value to all .Rd files to explain function results in the documentation.
• Wrapped roxygen comment blocks so that they are less than 80 characters wide.
• Included links to function documentation from other packages in .Rd files.
• Included details section in shinynotes to further document style_options parameter.
