Endeavour Journal

This dataset consists of 2 components: 1. HTML pages containing the transcripts of the journals. Each filename refers to the date of the entry eg: 3rd Feb 1771 is 1770203.html 2. endeavour-journal.xml contains the master list of dates, geographic coordinates (where applicable) and the associated digitised pages

In this case the entry spans over 2 digitised pages. The URL's for the pages will take you to a persistant URL for that record. To display just an image you can modify the URL slightly: Thumbnail image (add -t to the end) eg: http://nla.gov.au/nla.ms-ms1-s346v-t Large image (add -v to the end) eg: http://nla.gov.au/nla.ms-ms1-s346v-v
