I added an entry for oxygen to the Makefile, but whether O2 should go in the
'levitus' provided in this package is an open question, to be discussed by CR
and DK. It makes the dataset 1/3 larger, but does it make it 1/3 better?
Also, should it be O2, or saturation fraction, etc?
