In darachm/rheocyto: Some FlowCytometry Analysis Tools

This is to help with development, serve as a record.

This sets up the directory and starts up a git repo. So I went ahead and put that up on github, then grabbed all the R scripts from the 'flow' repo and stuck them in the R directory.
