A curated database of ageing and life history in animals, including extensive longevity records.

Format
A data frame with the following columns variables:
- hagrid
The Human Ageing Genomic Resources ID (HAGRID).
The following columns specify levels in the taxonomic rank:
- domain
;
- kingdom
;
- phylum
;
- class
;
- order
;
- family
;
- genus
;
- species
;
These columns give information on characteristics of a specific species:
- common_name
The common name for the species.
- female_maturity_days
Number of days for females to reach sexual maturity.
- male_maturity_days
Number of days for males to reach sexual maturity.
- gestation_incubation_days

- weaning_days
Number of days to wean.
- litter_clutch_size
;
- litters_clutches_per_year
;
- inter_litter_inter_birth_interval
;
- birth_mass_g
The birth mass in grams.
- weaning_mass_g
The weaning mass in grams.

The adult mass in grams.
