In davidhen/pisR: Useful functions for Prescribing Information System (PIS) data
pisR
A suite of functions that may be frequently used when using PIS data in a safe haven environment.
count_bnf_class() summarises the number of prescriptions at at a specific level of the BNF.
ever-used() Report whether a drug appears between a defines start and end date.
polypharmacy constructs an index of polypharmacy.
Installation:-
devtools::install_github("davidhen/pisR")
Add vignette here.....
Data in .rds format in data folder....
