This package has functions that help me with RNA-seq data analysis.
I hope they are useful to you, too.
It contains:
- A set of functions to make plots: PCA, tSNE, UMAP, Volcano Plot, BoxScatter.
- Get annotations and annotate gene count tables.
- Calculate TPMs.
- Filter and save differential expression analysis results.
