Calculate inference based on survived samples and weights

selinf(survr, tstat, w, var_est, alpha)

`survr`	vector of survived samples
`tstat`	the original test statistic
`w`	weights for the survived samples
`var_est`	(estimated) variance of the test statistic
`alpha`	see `mocasin`
