Usage

report_pipeline(json_file_name, data_file_name, report_type)
Arguments
json_file_name
a character vector specifying the file name (and path).
data_file_name
a character vector specifying the file name (and path).
report_type
a character vector specifying the report type (FIX: give defaults)
