Arguments
Funlist
user define a list: select from "HYBNORM,PLATESCALE,MIDNORM/MIDNORMcali/MIDNORMsamp,CALIBRATION.
RawM
the input RFUs data frame from SomaLogic Adat file.
Value
MySoma the normalised RFUs after user defined normalisation procedures.
