This function is required for the sandwich variance estimator. It provides the estimating equations for the "meat".

Usage

esteq_ATE(X, Y, Z, weights, tau)

esteq_HTE(X, Y, Z, weights, base_weights, tau)

Arguments

X	design matrix.
Y	outcome vector.
Z	treatment assignment vector.
weights	estimated balancing weights.
tau	causal effect estimate.
