In dfrail24/pkg: Imports & visualizes FARS data

The functions provided in this pkg package use data from the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Fatality Analysis Reporting System, which is a nationwide census providing the American public yearly data regarding fatal injuries suffered in motor vehicle traffic crashes.

The functions allow the user to easily import FARS data into R and create simple summary statistics/visualization from the imported data.
