element: ability description
source: the source of the ability rating
year: year in which the database was released
Incumbent: dummy variable equal to 1 if the ability was rated by a job incumbent
data_I: ability importance measure
se_I: standard error of the ability importance measure
data_L: ability level measure
se_L: standard error of the ability level measure
