Description
This function imports the experimental conditions from the PEtab condition file as a gondition.grid.
Usage
getConditionsSBML(conditions, data, observables_file, FLAGnormalImport = TRUE)
Arguments
conditions
PEtab condition file as .tsv
Value
condition.grid as data frame.
