dmenne/d13cbreath: Reads and Evaluates Gastric Emptying 13C Breath Test Data

Reads several formats of 13C data (IRIS/Wagner, BreathID). Creates sample data, and sqlite database, and writes sample database. Fits Bluck-Coward self-correcting formula using nls, and Wagner-Nelson with k(el) estimated from parametric fit. Uses Shiny to display selected parameters and decision plots in the browser.
