This is a resubmission, fixing the broken link in the documentation (invalid file URI).

The note "Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs: https://research-information.bris.ac.uk/" is a false-positive. The link works in browsers, but the R CMD CHECK curl request may be blocked (status 403) by cloudflare.
