- Dependent variable (Y): OCB - Organizational
citizenship behavior measure
- Independent variables (X)
- Affective - job satisfaction measures that
measure emotion
- Cognitive - job satisfaction measures that
measure cognition (thinking)
- Years - years on the job
- Type_work - type of employee measured
(secretary, assistant, manager, boss)
