dougmet/unsumnet: Solve Row and Column Sum Network Constraint Problems
For reconstructing weighted networks where you only have the sum of all outgoing edges and the sum of all incoming edges. This package will sample from all possible networks using exponential random graph models (ERGMs) and simulated annealing.
