This function is a helper to get land cover maps for different time points (fixed)
Usage
nzes.lcdb.mapper(lcm, lcdblookup)
Arguments
lcm
Raster using lcdb classes
lcdblookup
Lookup table of lcdb classes to colours and names
Value
Plots a tmap object
