Goals for the ReadArticle package
Given bounding boxes already parsed by GetDocElements, extract
elements that are particular to articles, including:

abstracts
-
submission, acceptance, and publication dates

authors and affiliations

bibliography
-
metadata from publishers (Elsiever, BioOne, etc.)
