Using approach in Silver, et all, estimate fill rate of CR system 1-f = \frac{1}{Q} \int_{s^{'}}^{∞} (x - s^{'}) f_{X^{'}} {dx}

Usage

estimateFR(SL, EOQ, Dmd, LT, ...)

Arguments

SL	either data.frame containing SL, EOQ, Dmd, LT, and variance measure, or numeric SL minimum
EOQ	numeric, er quantity
Dmd	numeric, quarterly demand forecast
LT	numeric, lead time
...	numeric, additional variance params for LT and Dmd. Either LTD_sigma or both LT_sigma and Dmd_sigma must be supplied.
