duplisea/vbrecruit: Calculate proportion of a cohort recruit each year based on VB growth
Based on Von Bertalanffy growth parameters, variation in growth and year of birth, this calculates what percentage of a cohort's individuals will be at or above a certain length class each year. Special attention is drawn to the median, i.e. when half the cohort reaches a certain size.
