dylanirion/MSctmm: Multi State Continous-Time Movement Modeling
Extends the R package ctmm (Calabrese et al., 2016) to state-switching models. Provides tools for Bayesian inference into multistate continous-time movement modeling, for the analysis of animal movement data based on the R package MScrawl (Michelot and Blackwell, 2019).
