ebuhle/SEMPSM: Structural Equation Modeling for Pre-Spawning Mortality Using Stan

SEMPSM is an R package for fitting hierarchical Bayesian structural equation models tailored to the landscape ecotoxicology of salmon pre-spawning mortality. Estimation is done by Hamiltonian Monte Carlo in Stan, and R functions to fit models and compute posterior quantities of interest are included.
