edwardpmorris/FAST_LeafArea: Use ImageJ to derive leaf surface area from scanned images
Provides a simple wrapper including FAST project specific options and settings to \pckg{LeafArea}, which interfaces with the Java image processing program ImageJ (\url{http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/}). ImageJ must be installed seperately, preferably by downloading and extracting the 'standalone' ImageJ package. ImageJ2 is not supported.
