A dataset containing example screening data.
It is used to illustrate flexible functions for estimating mean sojourn time and screening sensitivity based on Markov models using both earlier screening and interval data.
Usage

Format
A data frame with 13 rows and 4 variables:
- scr
Screening or interval data? (TRUE/FALSE)
- previous
Time since previous screening, with NA or zero representing no previous screening
- pyear
Number of screened women or number of person-years for interval data
- obs
Number of cancers detected and time since previous screening
