This repository contains ongoing development of packages designed specially to clean and analyze ifish data.

This package contains these functions: species_biomass : list of species by total weight species_freq: list of species by count species_biomass_gear: list of species by total weight by fishing gear species_freq_gear : list of species by count by fishing gear fishing_grounds: latitude and longitude of fishing grounds (including bathymetric properties, e.g. depth, roughness, etc) catch_location: catch species and length associated with each fishing ground (including bathymetric properties, e.g. depth, roughness, etc)
