Fetches financial ratios from tables.(This function still developing.)

symbol
A character value that you can use ticker.
get
A character value that types of ratios. One of "debtratio"and"currentratio".
comment
A logical value that set of comment. If true, ratios fetces with comment.
banking
A logical value that set of ratios. If company in the financial sector, you should choose TRUE.
Value
A integer.
