Arguments
Cohort
A FAIRsimulator cohort object
StudyObj
A FAIRsimulator study object
accumulatedData
If using one cohort (FALSE) or all cohorts with the same level (age) (TRUE)
Value
A data.frame with the Cohort level subject specific data (and covariates)
