eogmartins/biotelemetry: Functions to Process and Explore Biotelemetry Data

R functions to automate common labour intensive tasks frequently encountered by biotelemetry researchers such as: cleaning raw data files, filtering, identification of false-positives, computation of distance between detections in bounded regions, and aggregation of detections into detection events or residence events. It also includes functions to generate interactive plots to explore detection data.
