Expert elicitation app
This app is designed to elicit forecasts in order to submit them to the German Forecast Hub.
Deploy
deploy the app using Rstudio.
Create a submission
source the script create-expert-submission.R. The script deletes all the content from the Google Sheet where the forecasts are stored and saves them locally. It also creates a submission from the latest forecasts.
