The xml files are exported from TargetLynx. TargetLynx is a mass spectrometry software developed by Waters. The output is a list of df:s equal to the number of exported xml files. Each df contains columns: Description, Std (Calibration level), conc (concentration), analyte, rdatum (collection date) and response (analyte area/IS area).
