espinielli/circr: Data Preparation for Null2's D3.js Circular Plot

Circr is a set of R functions that help in the preparation of data for a circular plot. Typically you have origin/destination/measure data in a CSV file and you want to compile it in a format which is accepted by the D3.js circular plot as developed by Null2.
