Create a ProjectConfiguration based on the "ProjectConfiguration.xlsx"

Usage

createProjectConfiguration(path = file.path("ProjectConfiguration.xlsx"))

Arguments

path	path to the ProjectConfiguration.xlsx file. default to the ProjectConfiguration.xlsx file located in the working directory.

Object of type ProjectConfiguration
