In etiennebacher/shinyfullscreen: Display 'HTML' Elements on Full Screen in 'Shiny' Apps

• Add argument cursor to fullscreen_this() and fullscreen_those() to either show or hide the "zoom-in" cursor when hovering the element (thanks to @arnaudmilet for the suggestion and the code, #4).

• Add function fullscreen_button() to toggle a specific element or the whole page to full screen (#5).
