ranking: Description of *ranking* data.frame

Description
- id
<int>: identifier of ranking
- position
<int>: position inside the ranking list
- playerId
<int>: identifier of player at the specific position
(column "id" in player data.frame)
- season
<int>: season of the ranking
- sum
<int>: number of ranking points
- type
<chr>: type of the ranking (currently only "MoneyRankings"
are supported)
