Finding peaks in wood-density profiles

Description

This simple package provides a function peaks() for the identification of local maxima in wood-density profiles

Usage

First time only

• Install R
• If you work under MS Windows platform, please don't. But if you insist,
• Install RTools from CRAN as well
• Install the devtools R-package
• install.packages('devtools')

Installation

• library(devtools)
• install_github('peaks', 'famuvie')

How to use

• Load the package
• library(peaks)
• Check the documentation
• help(package = 'peaks')

• Check-out the basic example
• example('peaks')
