Description
Example CTD data for seven sample dates at nine stations on the longitudinal axis of the Escambia Bay sub-basin of Pensacola Bay, Florida.
Usage
ctd
Format
A data.frame with 173 rows and 13 variables:
Stationchr, station name
DateDate, Date of the survey
Longnum, longitude of the station in geographic coordinates
Latnum, latitude of the station in geographic coordinates
Depthnum, depth along the vertical profile (m)
Salinitynum, salinity
DOnum, dissolved oxygen concentration
